The ALTER-Net Summer School
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE (8/5/2020):
Due to health concerns surrounding COVID-19, ALTER-Net Summer School 2020 has been cancelled. This was an extremely difficult decision that was reach following close review of the situation. Any applications received this year will automatically be considered for next year's Summer School. In February of 2021, we will ask applicants if they wish to participate in the 2021 Summer School; applicants will not need to register again or send a new reference letter, unless they prefer to do so. Those applicants who have not yet sent a letter will need to do so next year.
ALTER-Net Summer School 2020 is cancelled. See you in 2021!
The ALTER-Net Summer School takes place in Peyresq, Alpes de Haute-Provence, France.
Peyresq provides an unparalleled setting for discussing biodiversity loss and conservation; concepts such as ecosystem services, ecosystem service valuation, and nature’s contributions to people; the biodiversity science-policy interface; inter- and trans-disciplinary approaches, and working with stakeholders to foster transformative change.
